• Considering my onsite experience in KAPSARC Project, I was assigned as technical maintenance team lead for KAPSARC Research center, responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility. With the below tasks:
• Managing the daily operation, client’s requests and occupants’ notifications
• Provide technical services for the events, seminars, workshops and VIPs in coordination with Facility management team.
• Managing on site and outsourced subcontractors in compliance with Safety conditions & behavior protocols.
• Manage scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Work closely with the client in planning for new solutions, upgrades, renovations and new projects.

KAPSARC-Riyadh

• I was assigned as the Audio Video Project Manager for King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center Project (KAPSARC) which was the Largest Scale projects in the company history,KAPSARC is an iconic project.
• Design and submit AV Materials to meet the issued for construction specifications,
• Coordinate with onsite contractors such as the Interior, Electrical, and IT to ensure that system requirements are provided for successful installation.
• Design and Submit Project’s drawings and plan the implementation after receiving official approvals.
• Ensure onsite execution compliance with approved design.
• Report to the Client on a weekly basis the achieved progress and constraints.

Saudi Arabia

• Working as system design specialist in different fields of Low-Current Systems with below main duties:
• Conduct Site surveys, Gather Client information, Evaluate the site conditions, Define the scope of work, develop a system solution to meet the client needs within the allowed budget.
• Help the clients to find a solution that serve their required tasks and applications
• Helping and support the clients to make their purchase decisions and close sales deals.
• Develop project’s documentations including block diagrams, detailed drawings, project plans, method of statements, commissioning forms for the provided solution.
• Schedule and attend coordination meetings with the client, consultant and contractors to provide support services and infrastructures

• I worked on Low current Design & Installation, offering Piece of mind solutions in different fields of the industry.Tasks:
• Conducting the necessary meetings with the clients, consultants and Stakeholders to provide a solution that meets their expectations.
• Providing the Sales Department with the technical information, suitable solutions and generate the design with respect to the Client’s Budget and application.
• Manage & support the installation team to provide high quality solutions according to Client requirement, allowable procedures and working time with reference to site surveys, drawings and approvals
