As the manager of the presales team and the projects department, my responsibilities encompass attending crucial sales training meetings to acquire a comprehensive understanding of all the company's services and products. I am tasked with coordinating with both internal and external partners to ensure consistency in audiovisual production and upholding the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information. Additionally, I oversee assigned staff, interns, contractors, and other engineers as necessary to meet the demands of larger or multiple concurrent events. Considering my onsite experience in KAPSARC Project, I was assigned as technical maintenance team lead for KAPSARC Research center, responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility. I was assigned as the Audio Video Project Manager for King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center Project (KAPSARC) which was the Largest Scale projects in the company history,KAPSARC is an iconic project, designed by ZAHA HADID and in compliance with LEED standards, includes more than 60 different venues which had been equipped with high-end audio-visual equipment to serve different End user’s applications,Tasks:• Design and submit AV Materials to meet the issued for construction specifications,• Coordinate with onsite contractors such as the Interior, Electrical, and IT to ensure that system requirements are provided for successful installation.• Design and Submit Project’s drawings and plan the implementation after receiving official approvals.• Ensure onsite execution compliance with approved design.• Report to the Client on a weekly basis the achieved progress and constraints.• Manage the Installation, testing and commissioning to meet approved system design.• Integrate the provided solution with other parties and systems.• Communicate with the vendors to supply the material and provide technical support.
