Performing Q.C activities concerning machine shop products (Pre-inspection , In process and Final inspection) for achieving requirements of ISO 9000 & API Spec. Q1 international standards2. Releasing finished products after ensuring meeting (API) requirements according to (Spec. 5 CT & Spec.7) and witness 3rd party inspection.3. Machine shop main activity is threading &re-threading of casing and tubing according to (API Spec. 5 CT) & rotary shoulder connections according to (API Spec. 7).4. Monitoring calibration status of all measuring, inspection, test equipment and (API) gauges.5. Completing and maintaining Quality Control records.6. Performing periodical inspection for warehouse quarterly basis.7. Record of NCR, S (if any), corrective actions and re-inspection results after repair.8. Traceability and identification of products from the starting to the ending of processes.9. Controlling Phosphating bath concentration by determining the total acid point, free acid point, iron point and final inspection.10.
