As an Operations Manager at NextDay Inspect®, my responsibilities extend from talent attraction to operational support. I actively recruit skilled inspectors, introducing them to the advantages of joining our team and guiding their professional development in the home inspection industry. Additionally, I support our office operations, ensuring seamless coordination between inspectors and clients and enhancing overall workflow efficiency.

Provide customer support to clients at NextDay Inspect®. Assist with coordination of appointments and schedules between clients and inspectors.

• Coordinate the collection of medical records and doctors orders for patients• Process new doctors orders for patients• Accurately filing and organizing medical records• Thinning medical records to be archived in storage• Accurately filing and organizing human resource files for office staff

• Responds to fire alarms and extinguish fires.• Responds to calls for emergency medical services, and render first aid.• Perform salvage operations such as throwing salvage covers, sweeping water and removing debris.• Respond to and render assistance in emergency incidents including fires, road accidents, floods, spillages of dangerous substances, and rail and air crashes.
