• Record and review contracts to make sure that the down payment is collected and the installment checks are deposited, calculate commission percentage and meter price and calculate the amount paid till delivery.• Receiving all types of payment from customers after checking discounts and availability also approved exceptions.• Record daily transactions and maintain filing process.• Record EOI, Hold and Reserved Units and match it with related departments daily.• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, wire transfer etc. • Prepare Daily Hold and Reserved Units Report.• Refund payment for Cancelled units.• Receiving and recording Notes Receivable transactions such as receiving down payments and installment checks also deposit it to the bank including PDC checks.• Record daily notes Receivable transactions entries.• Record daily Sales center safe transaction entries.• Prepare petty cash for exhibition report attached with documents.• Participate in events and exhibitions to receive payment from customers.• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries are handled promptly (same day if possible) and professionally. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster communication and assist in payment collection.• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager or Director of Finance.

• Assist credit manager in maintaining proper credit procedures throughout the hotel in accordance with both local and four seasons limited policies and procedures.• Prepare all hotel invoices.• Review audit report for all cashier posted to system.• Ensure all inquiries from guests or credit card companies are handled promptly (same day if possible) and professionally.• Letters of guarantee process & renewal.• End of day cashier Audit• Reconciliation of accounts.• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.• Follow established procedures for receipts, cash, wire transfer etc.• Prepare bank deposits• Receiving all hotel payment.• File documents and reports.• Develop and maintain relationships with regular clients to foster communication and assist in collection.• Maintain credit histories, original approved written requests for credit and other records for regular hotel accounts.

• Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards are in place, as they relate to House Banks.• Retrieve deposit envelopes from the drop safe for processing, accompanied by a Security Officer or the Director of Finance's designate.• Audit cashiers’ daily deposits and prepare the daily hotel deposit.• Count, balance, organize and monitor own Bank and safe.• Process foreign currencies in accordance to local policy.• Prepare and distribute Cashiers’ due backs.• Prepare the Daily Cash Report.• Issue Cashier Banks and assign safety deposit boxes for safekeeping of the Banks.• Prepare and maintain a log on all issued House funds .• Make petty cash disbursements according to established guidelines.• Maintain an accurate, orderly and up-to-date file for all outstanding Bank contracts.• File documents and reports.

• Create survey and price comparison between suppliers.• Informing orders to suppliers and received it as per contract and agreement.• Coordinate with receiving agent and store keeper for any circumstances and support them.• Ability to cover both of receiving area and stores in case work pressure or vacations.
