Jet Fuel Depot Connection Project

Supply and installation of fuel pipes to connect the existing jet fuel hydrant pumping station to the existing and future underground hydrant network located in Terminal 2 – Cairo International Airport, Egypt, which includes:1. 350 meters long jet fuel pipes2. DBB, gate and check valves.3. Supplementary civil and electrical works necessary for functional operation.

Ministerial District Program

Construction of fully furnished 36 Governmental Buildings (34 Ministries + Cabinet building + Parliament building) in the New Administrative Capital, Egypt with total built-up area 1,700,000 square meters. I was responsible for two Clusters comprising seven Ministries, with a combined built-up area of 324,000 square meters.

Construction of a fully furnished and equipped hospital and medical tower in Egypt with total built-up area 72,000 m2, which includes:1. Five-star Hospital (12 floors, 158 beds, 7 operating rooms, outpatient clinics, mechanical parking).2. Medical Tower (220 Medical Clinics).

Renovation Of Central Bank Of Egypt Project

Renovation of the 100-years old Central Bank of Egypt. The renovation includes the following:1. Changing the structural system from bearing walls to frames.2. Repairing existing structural elements by shotcrete, carbon fiber reinforcement, steel structures and reconstruction after demolition.3. Rehabilitation of the external facades and all interior finishes.4. Establishing modern and appropriate electromechanical systems.

Relocation Of (Military Factory # 81) Project

Establishment of a group of military factories Egypt with total built-up area 5,712,000 m2, which includes:1. Three military factories including 30 buildings.2. Five ground tanks (total capacity = 35,000 m3).3. Ten million m3 excavation and backfilling works.4. Wastewater lifting and treatment station.

Meydan Racecourse Project, Dubai

Construction of the world’s biggest horse-racing course in Dubai, UAE with total built-up area 7,068,000 m2, which includes:1. Racecourse that hosts the Dubai World Cup.2. 60,000-seat grandstand.3. Five-star trackside hotel.4. Parking lot that accommodates 8,700 cars.5. Restaurants, marina, and a racing museum6. Establishing the necessary infrastructure networks.
