𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:➤ Leading the PR department and acting as a direct point of contact on all queries on GDRFA, MOL, DED, EID concerning employee’s visas, labor cards, contracts, emirates ID, registration with the Pension Fund of the UAE & GCC National employees, and corporate licenses and registration. ➤ Liaising and submitting the requirements with all government offices, including the Ministry of Labour, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities, arranging and processing attestation of employee qualifications if required, and renewing, updating, and maintaining trade licenses and other government certificates. ➤ Providing periodic updates of government authorities on all labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of law and regulation changes and ensuring that all government and public relations requirements are managed effectively.➤ Assisting in developing PR procedures and policies in line with the ISO 9001:2008 standard and regulatory requirements, establishing a workflow framework for the PR department.➤ Engaging in team meetings to discuss potential developments, improving the PR process, evaluating the PR staff performance, and determining the need for training to improve employee competence.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:➜ Took control of 100% of the PR department with no handover of previous management, established clear and thorough policies and procedures, and drastically improved the department's performance. ➜ Acted as a mediator between the company and multiple previous employees with open cases at court, solved all matters without the need for legal proceedings, which saved a significant amount of funds. ➜ Collected an amount of 800,000 AED that was due from the Ministry of labor as old Bank guarantees for one of the Group's companies. ➜ Implemented successful and effective digital transformation strategy, such as: transformed all PR archives (papers documents, and files) to digital files.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:➤ Monitored, coordinated, and organized employees and new joiners on their visa, labor card, and EID issuance and expiration date, including respective family and other household members, prepared a PR report periodically, and issued NOC letters to employees for various purposes as required. ➤ Distributed and assigned tasks to the concerned PR officer, ensuring accurate documentation and workflow process for submitted applications, assisted in implementing new rules set by GDRFA, MOL, and EID and organizing the department’s policies and procedures, and developed contacts with several governmental entities. ➤ Ensured all queries and complaints were dealt with promptly and acted as the point of contact for any escalated cases, provided professional guidance, and conducted a performance review of PR staff to assist in developing their potential and enhancing skill-based knowledge. ➤ Achieved strategic business objectives in improving the PR process, recommended corrective and preventive actions to enhance the performance of overall operations, monitored the status of PR requests, and ensured that all requests were processed and completed successfully on time while maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all documents. ➤ Oversaw and audited the typing of all governmental forms for immigration, MOL, CNIA, and MOE applications from the date of receiving the application till completion and sending it back to the client, maintained all employee records, and managed staffing, healthcare, visa processes, employee counseling, and training.
