Tunnel Site Engineer for the 15 km long and 3 m diameter tunnel Southeast Collector Trunk Sewer project and was in charge of the four tunnel drives.Accomplishments and responsibilities include, but not are not limited to:Preparing detailed method statements and job safety analysis regarding different aspects of tunneling (e.g. TBM Initial Drive & TBM Assembly, TBM Main Drive, Grouting, Rolling Stock, Soil Conditioning, etc.).Collecting data and developing reports on daily tunneling production and TBM consumables.Installation of Surface Monitoring Points, which included obtaining permits and locates as well as monitoring settlement values.Ensuring full compliance of Health and Safety regulations, and adherence to the QA/QC specifications (e.g. grouting, proof drilling, ring inspections, etc.)Implemented innovative and efficient procedures that have increased the daily production rateSupervision of tunneling works and managing over 90 employees

Site inspections for multi million dollar projects in the heart of downtown Beirut. The projects consisted of high rise residential concrete buildings with each floor having a unique blueprint to be implemented.
