I am an experienced IB educator specializing in Mathematics, with a strong commitment to fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills in my students. Currently, I serve as an IBDP Educator in Mathematics at Westhill Institute in Mexico City, where I deliver engaging instruction in IBDP Mathematics courses, specifically in Applications and Interpretation. I design lesson plans that not only enhance students’ analytical abilities but also prepare them for internal and external assessments through a thorough understanding of mathematical concepts.Previously, I worked as an IB MYP Educator in the same institute, where I implemented inquiry-based learning across all strands of the MYP Mathematics curriculum. My experience extends to leading a team as the Head IB Educator in Individuals, Societies, and International Studies at Madison Schools, where I focused on curriculum development and mentoring educators in best practices.I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Secondary Education (Specific Subject Area: Mathematics) from The University of Alabama.
