I provide strategic advice on Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365 and security solutions, helping clients navigate both immediate competitive challenges and long-term technological advancements.Solution Design and Support: I lead Architecture Design Sessions, and technical briefings. I design high-level solutions that align with customer requirements, ensuring clarity and precision in scope and cost estimations. My expertise covers key domains including Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Hyper-V, Teams Phones, Teams Meeting, Copilot, and a comprehensive range of Microsoft 365 Security Solutions such as Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Defender XDR solutions.Complex Migration Projects: I help customers execute complex migration projects, transitioning from various platforms such as Lotus Notes, IMAP email systems, and on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365.Client Engagement: I am dedicated to enhancing the overall customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize their technology and security investments. I actively identify growth opportunities within existing business relationships, support sales forecasting, and align with Microsoft and other vendors for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.Project and Team Coordination: I collaborate closely with customers to understand their business and security needs, crafting tailored Modern Workplace and Security solutions. I coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align approaches and enhance partnerships. Additionally, I manage reporting, documentation, and issue escalation as necessary.
