Role plaid as project manager and call center consultant while reporting to the CEO and CTO.Were responsible to design and implement and develop new product for the companies call center and IVR services.Managed mobile operators’ relationships, while leading the execution of call center services.Leaded the project in terms of project management, customer relationship, technical assessments and management.Coordinated new needs with local and international venders and other stakeholders on service management and on development of new business requirements.

Initiated this engagement as Network Administrator (Aug 2006) supervising 2 resources for supporting the network (LAN/WAN) of 550 users, 260 client computers and 30 servers in three different domains (MOBYCAPITAL.COM, TOLO.TV and ARMAN.FM) with the accountability to install, configure and Support of DNS, DHCP, file/print servers as well as VOIP (Linux based) servers (Asterisk PBX) and IVR (Linux based) servers (Asterisk PBX).Later was promoted as Head of product development, reported to the CEO and led a team of 6 resources including VoIP\IVR engineers, web\software developers and database developers.Managed design, configuration and support of a Linux based IVR system that includes five servers and 13 E1 links connected with six telecom companies.Performed daily team administration routines as well as team development and people management activities to improve team productivities.
