Responsibilities: • Direct responsibility of Covidien - Ev3 Endovascular Peripheral and Neuro vascular line of products. • Direct responsibility of the technical service, customers support, Market assessment, Planning, Sales and tender participation for Covidien - Ev3 Endovascular Peripheral and Neuro vascular line of products.• Supervising sales, Market assessment, Planning, Sales and tender participation for: a. BioSensors (Coronary Stents, Switzerland)b. Sophysa (Neuro Surgery Products, France)c. Scient’x – Alphatec (Spine Products)• Achieving the supplier’s targets.• Tracking and targeting potential clients.• Enhancing the sales-collection cycle.• Delivering short and long term sales forecasts in line with business objectives.• Scanning sales opportunities and identifying market changes and tenders.• Identifying key influencers and decision makers in each account and targeting them.• Building strong relationships with the top clients and guarantee their satisfaction.• Revising the technical offers submitted to tenders.• Interviewing and hiring sales representatives.• Supervising the sales team, monitoring and evaluating the sales performance for representatives.• Supporting the sales team with their duties, accounts, approaches and troubles.• Evaluating the sales team reports, report to the top management.• Defining the sales target for each line and representative.
