The federal government of Nigeria under its agency NITDA had resolved to partner with multiple organizations for capacity building as part of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy’s 3-Million Technical Talent Program (3MTT). The program will run for 3months for every cycle. NITDA had selected Voostech as its technical partner (also referred to as Training Provider) to implement the 3MTT program.i. Provide general coordination for the cohort of candidate assigned to you. ii. Provide mentorship for the interns. iii. Create learning curriculum using the core outline in the 3MTT courses, and provide online and offline contents/assignment for the candidates. iv. Provide and evaluate weekly tasks for the interns. v. Create and implement an assessment process plan and template in line with NITDA’s guidelines. vi. Provide and evaluate weekly tasks for the interns
