• Coordinate all purchase requisitions of the company & assist the Procurement Officer.• Provide the authorization letter for the shipping companies in order to release the shipments.• Export Documentation of Air Shipment.• Perform and manage all activities involved in the purchase of materials from sources as per the Company’s procedures and method.• Always maintain a list of approved suppliers.• Carry out effective negotiation on prices, prepare & receive quotations, comparison with others, terms of payments and delivery on the basis of comparative statement.• Proven track record in saving money and developing relationships with key suppliers.• Producing monthly Procurement reports outlining issues.• Prepare Enquiries, Request for Quotations Purchase Orders & also prepare Material Received Summary reports.• Price comparison to be able to purchase material in minimum possible time at optimum prices.• Check on materials purchased & ensure prompt delivery of materials.• Expedite orders to ensure prompt delivery.• Prepare Monthly stock reports & updating the stock reports on daily basis.• Making documentation for clearing/ releasing material.• Coordination with drivers towards suppliers.• Preparing drivers performance chart basis of the
