A Saudi joint stock company, originating locally but supported globally, has attained unicorn status by capturing over 70% of the Saudi market. The company has a staff of over 800 employees. My responsibilities include HR and talent management, organization development, admin services, facility management, government relations, and security, overseeing a team of 47 employees in my department.

I was leading the shared services team under one of the affiliated entities under the ministry (National Center of Palms - NCPD) in which its BoD was chaired by H.E The Minister.As a part of the executive team of NCPD, I was responsible for the support functions of: (HR – IT – Finance - Procurement & Contracts – Admin Services – Legal) with the aim of enabling the organization toward achieving its national strategic priorities.

Assigned for Finance group to support several Finance functions that consist of 945 employees in different regions such as KSA, Singapore, Netherlands, and the US.
