 Follow up and monitor the performance of the existing portfolio companies. Participate in setting the company’s strategy and long-term vision. Design and develop various financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting. Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing the feasibility of new projects, which includes (financial modeling, risk assessment, sizing of the financing needs) Managing the due diligence process, in collaboration with the various internal teams (finance, legal, marketing, operations…). Participate in negotiations on Investment terms and conditions with the goal of maximizing our return on investment. Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Non-Binding Offers (NBO) and Letter of Intent (LOI) for potential deals. Managing the pricing process for the products and services of our portfolio companies. Supervising the budgeting process for the portfolio companies. Prepare and deliver investment committee & BOD presentations.

Valuation, feasibility studies, corporate finance and management reporting

- Participate in companies' shares valuation.( DCF, NAV approaches)- Assist in budgets and forecasts.- Conducting Business plans and feasibility studies.- Participating in executing due diligence reports- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports- Preparing actual vs. budget reports - Conducting financial regulations and accounting manuals
