Current- Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact for all IT problem and service requests.
- Receive and log all user requests into the helpdesk system.
- Open a new incident record and obtain the relevant incident details from the user.
- Determine if the request is for an existing service and fill all mandatory information in the form is provided.
- Assess the priority of the incident based on the information collected from user.
