• Develop commercial strategy for new business opportunity in the circular economy sector.• Digital ambassador for medical waste recycling digital solutions• Joint venture evaluation.• Working with strategic partnership department to negotiate MoU with key customers and stakeholders.

• Set and update “Strategic Objectives Governance” manual. • Improve the strategic objectives management system to include KPI, performance management and risk management.• Improve the EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) system

• Identify the main gaps across RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) functions and the severity of the gaps to assess the starting point of each facility and cluster.• Setting up the foundational requirements of implementing the RCM functions and its elements (regulatory, legal governance, and engagement/socialization considerations)• Developing the requirements, setting action plans, and identifying the resources for implementing each area of the RCM.• Minimizing revenue leakage due to improper insurance documentation

• Develop the 5 years strategic digital blueprint in alignment with National Digital Strategies & eHealth initiative, MoH, NHIC eHealth strategic direction, global trends, and Benchmarking.• Conduct IT infrastructure current state assessment.• Finalize 2-year plans, Identify Risks / Issues, Dependencies Requirements and cross-functional/program alignment.

• Plan for Hail Health Cluster establishment through all stages of transformation including baseline capabilities assessment, leadership operational model, and readiness plan development and implementation.• Establish the TMO/PMO office with all required processes, systems, and manuals.• Manage transformation plans (for twelve teams) to define the current state assessment, readiness evaluation, and gap analysis.• Develop a detailed 2-years plan to ensure activities alignment (projects interdependency analysis)• Establish Control and Command Center in cooperation with Ascend health company.• Lead the project teams for the implementation of the first stand-alone Urgent Care Center in the Kingdome with an objective to improve the relevant KPI.
