Operation Excellence LLC (OPS) provides the highest level of support to client (PDO) through an understanding of their needs, the application of professional skills and their delivery of services to meet the highest standards. -Contract’s/Project's Types: IFM, ODC, EMC, MIC, PDC.-Department: Finance.-Designation: Quantity Surveyor.-Duration: ( 07/03/2021 till present).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Review & verify the contractor estimation as per the SOW and raising remarks to the job originator. • Verify contractors job orders / monthly progress claim and final claim accordance to the terms and conditions of the Contracts as well as timely processing of contractors valuations.• Ensure correct application and interpretation of contract rates, uplifts, discounts, and penalties.• Verify the DSR’s as per contractual terms.• Checking the quantities in the site & verifying works progress percentage at site accordingly certifying invoice amount and release OT through SAP system.• Conduct site visit with contractor QS to clear doubtful claimed quantity if any & ensure that company HSE Policies and Procedures are followed.• Attend and participate in dispute resolution meetings with management & contractors, follow up and close out of disputes.• Conduct and participate in the meetings with contractors, construction and operation team then, prepare MOM. • Provide advices for construction, & operation team on contractual and financial issues such as unit rate/DSR’s.• Review the VTC’s which raised by contractors & ensuring these are reimbursed in accordance with the terms of the Contract.• Update weekly, monthly reports - Dip Check, Month End Stock Reconciliation, Time Sheet Pay Roll, Occupancy Reports, Reactive and PPM, Master Tracker, Cost Report, & KPI.
