I have around 16+ years of experience in which I have worked for Corporate like HDFC Bank, Reliance Digital, IBM Global. At present I am associated with TCS as IT Analyst under Change Management, Deployment and QA Management role. In TCD I have worked for two business lines ‘Mortgage & Finance Account and in ITIS for reputed Overseas Clients. I am very closely adapted to the working environment of CSR Team of Corporate as I have also Volunteered myself in many social activities organized and participated by TCS. I have Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and certified with ITIL.V4, Agile Scrum Master and Scaled Agile Framework. I am quite sound with my Analytical thinking. I like implementing different ideas to achieve my goals. I can communicate well in 3 languages English, Hindi and Bengali.
