I have a passion for learning new things and as an HR executive, I strive to be ready for any challenges that come my way. My goal is to deliver exceptional HR results by providing distinguished training experiences that teach individuals how to fish instead of just giving them the fish. In my role, I have achieved several accomplishments that I am proud of. I collaborated with the operational team to achieve key results in talent acquisition, HR administration, employee engagement, and training on hospitality and food safety topics. I also conducted employee satisfaction surveys and worked to enhance employee branding by partnering with government institutions to empower Saudi youth. Despite the challenges of managing over 400 employees, I was able to succeed through teamwork and hard work. Nothing can improve me like opportunities and mistakes I have made in the past. I set a scale for myself to improve my weaknesses and strengthen my knowledge.
