Job Summary: Developing and leading the implementation of the Recruitment Excellence Framework and Road-map aiming to align CORE’s operational direction with its strategic goals and objectives. Directing CORE’s recruitment activities to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the Recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with the set Manpower Plan. Ensuring that the development of advertisements and public announcements of Recruitment follows a unified communication guideline and portrays a unified image of the company as agreed by top management. Developing, maintaining, and disseminating the recruitment principles that establish a common understanding of CORE’s standard of excellence. Reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and standards in recruitment programs that aim to guarantee a consistent level of recruitment practices across the company, in my role I was responsible for the bellow:Scope of Responsibilities:-Developing & Leading the implementation of Recruitment excellence: -Work on creating CORE's Career page from scratch. -Highlighting the company's culture and applying methods, from application processes to where the application will be received and work on recruitment Channels.-Supporting & setting annual manpower aligning with stakeholders. -Work & Develop the recruitment channels process. -Create a new approach to the recruitment channels' processes: LinkedIn recruiter, Career Page & Email. having1,2 and 3, etc steps of where the application process will be.-Maintaining recruitment process. -Create & Update policies, procedures, and standers of recruitment.-Work and oversee all overseas recruitment activities.

Assisted operation team with making key decisions by developing and submitting performance and compensation reports with status updates and improvement recommendations. Helped with planning schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands.
