- Design 2D/3D architectural plans, at the Concept Design & Design Development Stage.- Worked alongside the "Creative" team.- Responsible for gathering client design requirements, building codes. - Creating detailed floor plans, elevations, furniture layout and materials selection.- Develop client presentations for 2D and 3D phases

- Design and renovate private residential projects in California, and Hawaii.- Begin the office transition and adaptation of the Revit Platform. - Contribute and support architectural projects. Prepare designs, complete construction documents.- Write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.- Meet with a variety of vendors on a weekly basis to gain market knowledge

- Support documentation of plumbing and piping activities using Revit and Navisworks (BIM).- Review & modify design and construction documents with the superintendent.- Provide 3D BIM drawing models for Plumbing design and plumbing fabrication.- Layout piping systems in 3D and generate required spool, installation and identification drawings.- Coordinate piping and plumbing systems with other trades.- Work alongside main contractor in a Design-Build Project.
