Finally, I created dashboards andpresented them to decision-makers.Business Intelligence analysis:They provide me with the data needed to build the dashboard, and I construct KPIs based on the availabledata. I select the most suitable KPIs to ensure they are easily understandable for decision-makers.Project Management:Implementing Agile: Introduced Agile practices in project management to ensure efficiency and flexibility.Regular Meetings: Held Sprint Review and Sprint Planning meetings to review progress and plan future tasks.Process Improvement: Developed new processes to streamline workflows and increase productivity.Help Disk:Contributed to supervising the progress of completed tasks, managing time effectively, working within ateam, and resetting employee records.
