Retail Services Officer, Government Services
• Prepare and implement lease contracts for stations across the UAE, including accommodations, suppliers, and gas station locations.• Develop new terms and conditions for agreements between parties involved in lease contracts.• Create a new online system for renewing trade licenses, streamlining the renewal process.• Review and finalize leasing contracts, obtaining all necessary approvals from relevant authorities.• Ensure all contracts are attested by government authorities across the UAE.• Collaborate with the Ministry of Defense on the "Hassantuk" initiative, overseeing new contracts and renewals for stations and accommodations nationwide.• Coordinate fire fighter training in cooperation with Civil Defense authorities.• Establish and manage an online system for fill and runaway cases, integrating it with other relevant government agencies.• Plan and implement strategies with various authorities to reduce runaway cases and enhance station security.• Monitor and follow up on business unit and lease contracts for different companies operating in stations across the UAE.• Handle contracts ranging from 100,000 AED to 5 million AED for station leases and accommodations.• Analyze and resolve issues related to controlling stations and ensuring compliance with regulations across the UAE.• Provide support to team members in various fields to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
