Plan and perform Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance of Manifa Plant equipment’s such as Screw Compressors (GEA),Pumps (Allweiler, Seepex, Pall), Heat Exchangers (Alfa Laval), Valves.• Working with startup and Commissioning team for Manifa plant.• Ensure the effective use and understanding of the computerized maintenance management system CMMS & ERP (ORACLE).• Drive Low Cost Operating Solutions and technology innovation for project & maintenance to deliver the Initiative Master Plan.• Developing and maintaining a close relationship with production peers and actively participating in maintenance improvement initiatives.

Ensuring smooth functioning, operational reliability and maintenance of Safania Gas Plant equipment’s • Troubleshooting, Overhauling and maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps ,Valves • Preparation of Annual Budgetary Plan for Maintenance of Machines due Overhauling and replacements of machine.• Propose Equipment replacements, process modifications, technical improvements to enhance capability and reliability of equipment and production.
