• managing teams across groups or departments • manage scheduling and communication between team members • coordinate materials and resources if necessary • produce reports, updates and project documentation • serving customers at the sales counter • offering face to face advice to customers on the stores products • maximizing store revenue by suggesting upgrades, insurance and add-ons to customers • Processing returns and refunds as required in line with company procedures • Using the stock management system to log, check, locate and move stock both in and out of the store. • Responsible for the daily management of the till in the absence of the senior members. • Making sure that any item which is removed from a display column is replaced immediately after a sale. • Handling customer complaints in a calm manner • Managing cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies • Follow up with clients & corporate clients to insure their satisfaction. • Enhance the services provided to clients by service after Sale

• Maintaining accurate records • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings • Reviewing sales performance • Planning and Management • Work toward achieving the sales yearly target • Develop sales and marketing methods to promote the Sales of the company and follow up on customer services • Coordinate and Develop procedures with Operations Department related to the services of the company • Conduct yearly inventory and generate reports to the management • Advising them on the profit & loss • Manage the Marketing process to achieve further development

• Coordinate with all projects to purchase the required material according to the set procedure. • Ensure delivery of materials to the assigned projects on a timely manner, also acts as a focal point between management & projects. • Inspect the quality of materials delivered as per the specifications
