I provide assistance to PMT in day-to-day financial administration of cost reimbursable contracts. As a Contract Compliance Analyst, I review contractual provisions and award recommendations to ensure clarity, adequacy, effectiveness and reasonableness of financial terms, conditions and prices prior to execution of a contract. As a Cost Compliance Analyst, I advise the Project Management Team on the financial administration of major project contracts to ensure that invoices for payment and change orders are in compliance with the contract rates, terms and conditions, and company policies and procedures. Among the major duties that I am covering, I mention the following:1.Support the Project Management Teams in building up their budget estimates based on contractual rates.2.Review the Contractors financial proposals and support the Project Management Team in building the negotiation strategies by suggesting alternative methods to reduce cost.- Participate in negotiation meetings held with contractors for any change order exceeding USD 500,000 or for any new WER issuance.3.Assure the compliance of Contractors and Project management team with the internal requirements when issuing a new Work Element Release (budget).4.Design and Establish an Invoice Reviewing Process as per the EPCm contracts requirements to verify the contractors’ monthly requests for payment.5.Design and Establish a Cash Call Reviewing and Reconciliation Process as per the EPCm contracts requirements to control and monitor the cash paid to contractors in order to pay back their subcontractors and vendors on a monthly basis.6. Design and Implement an Inventory Management System to track and control the flow and availability of indirect materials and to monitor their costs.7.Check and Recommend the Prior Approval Forms requested by contractors in order
