As a fraud monitoring officer at neoleap, I apply my communication and problem solving skills to detect and prevent fraudulent activities on the platform. I work with a team of analysts and developers to implement and improve the fraud prevention systems and policies, and to communicate with customers and stakeholders. I have been in this role for 10 months, after joining neoleap as an operations support officer in January 2023. Prior to that, I was an administrator direct sales support at Al Rajhi Bank, where I provided administrative and customer service support to the direct sales team. I have a bachelor's degree in public relations from King Saud University, and I am passionate about using my persuasion skills and PR knowledge to build trust and rapport with customers and partners. My goal is to contribute to neoleap's mission of empowering entrepreneurs and innovators in the region with access to funding and mentorship.
