Key Responsibilities:• Lead Engineer on multi‐discipline power generation and distributionprojects.• Plan, organize & measure resources in terms of labor, materials withinTheir area to ensure that agreed targets are meets.• Ensure that all set standards and KPI's are achieved.• Assure that all electrical components have properly updated PM tasks.• To ensure that a safe working environment exists for all plant sectionemployees in their area & that as a minimum their area meets thestandard set out in the HSE policy.• Performing Project of the plant construction documents for the installation of new or modifications of existing power generating facility electrical systems• Evaluate the performance of team members and provide periodic feedback.• Follow the DDF(Dal Dairy factory) safety rules; report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately.• Follow DDF food safety, GMP, quality objectives Management duties on electrical discipline projects.• Responsible for preparation of working drawings, plans specifications, and estimates relating to the design, plant construction, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.• Maintain compliance with regulations, and refer to DDF QMS on all related procedures and programs.• Provide leadership, guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members• Delegation of jobs to the engineers and monitoring jobs status.• Direct and rectify any electrical breakdown among on shift.• To monitor electrical spare parts and assure that all necessary spare parts are available and track their order.• Preparation of weekly and Monthly maintenance reports for management review.• Raising corrective action reports for all breakdown jobs.• Diagnoses and troubleshoots difficult and complicated technical problems.• Execution break down jobs on receipt of complaint slips and close the complaint slips on completion of breakdown jobs with a minimum time frame.
