- Responsible for the overall management of the MIND-BODY OnBoarding (Client success) team, ensuring that service delivery meets the quality requirements reflective of client needs.- To sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.- Works closely with sales leadership to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
