• Identify and drive visibility of risks related to NC / NCC associated with poor quality and ensure successful implementation of NC / NCC reporting and coordination according to drive down cost of poor quality
• Problem-solving activities (cost reducing improvement measures) to resolve technical and process related NC
• Contribute to root cause analyses (RCA) reports and preparation of correspondence of RCA reports to the customer
