Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the plant. This includes overseeing more than 1600 employees at various levels (from managers to plant laborers) and ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the plant on a daily basis. Plant products include polymer, staple fiber, pre-oriented yarn, draw textured, and twisted yarn.
