Provide a warm customer experience by answering to the client financial needs. Handle general questions concerning customer accounts.Open new personal accounts through the phone or face to face with the customers and recommend the best product that fits client's financial and budget needs.Service customer's accounts after the sale and notify the client prior account expiring date. Selling mortgages, personal loans, credit cards applications and insurance products. Full knowledge of mortgage documents like appraisals, Pay stubs, T4s, T1s, reference letters, Credit reports, Financial statements and other documents relating to the mortgage and lending industry.Perform administrative tasks documentations, loan closing, filing, collections, payments posting, handling cash drawer, balancing drawers and bank deposits.Produce new and repeat loan business from internal and external assigned sources participate in solicitation, promotional, community activities.Recommending variety of solutions and negotiate delinquent accounts.
