• Assist the Program Manager in planning, organizing, and managingprogram activities• Monitor program progress and ensure that project milestones are met• Identify and mitigate risks to the program's success• Collaborate with leadership to ensure that program objectives areachieved• Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules,budgets, and reports• Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues• Facilitate communication between program team members and leadership• Ensure that program activities comply with relevant regulations andpolicies• Continuously assess program performance and identify opportunities forimprovement• Support the Program Manager in other tasks as needed

• Liaising with international customers in developing a customized trainingprogram for each brigade.• Coordinating logistics for travel, government relations, and documentationfor training.• Managing client expectations by following up after trainings.• Coordinating with supply chain teams to arrange supplies and materials.• Supporting the logistics and shipping departments through obtainingcustomer approvals on their projects.• Trainee evaluations to be submitted to the client for transparent reporting• Provide detailed project reports and plans.• Forecast possible contract changes

Responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects, and for providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company. Also, responsible for providing monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Manager.
