Current๐๐ฆ๐บ ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ด:Create and implement detailed protocols in the Workforce Management (WFM) system for efficient ticket handling, enhancing assignment, tracking, and escalation processes, resulting in quicker and more precise ticket resolutions.Optimize workflows in the Real-Time Ticketing System (RTTS) to improve the ticket creation and management process, ensuring better coordination with the NOC team and other departments, thereby reducing miscommunication and delays.Engage in proactive troubleshooting and resolve technical issues through direct interaction with customers and field technicians, significantly cutting service downtime and boosting overall customer satisfaction.Handle administrative tasks and provide essential support to the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) activation team, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery, which improves customer experience and operational efficiency.Conduct regular system checks and apply necessary software updates to maintain network integrity, preventing potential service disruptions and ensuring reliable and efficient network performance.Work closely with internal teams, such as Operations (2nd level support), to tackle operational challenges and enhance system performance.
