Service manager at Eurotune, a european automotive specialist

I am the car care manager for the AAA Mid-Atlantic Swift Creek CCIT location. We are a full service facility including oil changes, state inspections, tires, brakes, flushes, and even engines and transmissions! Members and non members alike are welcome!

Work with high end clients, handle problems with the vehicles, high-ticket sales, manage technicians, answer phone calls, delegate work, adjust with extremely fast paced environment, quality control, open and close the dealership, help come up with new ideas to help the business grow and be more efficient, and any other task to improve customer service.

Worked directly with the store manager, trained and managed service associates, assisted technicians with repairs, paid business expenses, ordering and controlling stock, resolve customer issues, created store promotions, maintained OSHA standards, interpret store reports, trained to be a store manager, as well as service advisor duties.
