I have worked within the HR Learning Department for Abbey (previously known as Abbey National) which was eventually taken over by Santander since October 1998.I’m a dedicated and self-motivated professional with over 20 years’ experience within the Financial Services sector. With a reputation for integrity, trust and transparency, able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of all levels. Extensive experience in managing effective stakeholder relationships across Global Groups combined with excellent Project Management skills, whilst leading and working on many high profile administrative & technology projects over the years including Saba and Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management Systems, whilst taking a collaborative approach when working with others, with a focus on driving results that support the strategic direction of the company/Department.I have a great Indepth knowledge of both Saba and Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management Systems, and fully project managed the first cloud based learning management system (being Cornerstone on Demand) into Santander Plc in 2016/2017.
