Duties/Responsibilities:Conducting Application training on site, Hospitals and clinics.CR, DR, and portable DR with wireless detector from carestream..Making monthly and weekly schedule courtesy visit for installed base to keep and maintain high image quality of our equipment and to keep good relationship with customer at all level.Helping the sales team in finding lead opportunity socket.Making Pre-sales in-depth power point presentation for customer seeking more info on our systems. Report/escalate issues, needs and opportunities.Support Customers events Trade-shows, Symposium, seminars etc… project manager for pre-installation work for (DR) Digital Radiology sites from day one to installation of the equipment and then the conducting of Application training for the staff of Radiology department.

• Plan Customer site visit yearly, monthly and weekly. • Monitor IB Customer satisfaction and needs for openings and Users under responsibility through constant and systematic Customer sites visits and contacts. • Sales Promote and sell MRI machine as per specification provided from vender. • Promote and sell Clinical Application Products and Services (Software, Coils, Upgrades, etc) through in depth presentation and demonstration to the users. • Maintain and update regular orders and sales forecast. • Sales support account manager through in depth presentation in all areas of KSA. • Report/escalate issues, needs and opportunities. • Ensures that each socket utilization is optimized for the I B under responsibility through the promotion of all clinical application related products and programs. • Support Customers events (Trade shows, Symposium, users' meeting. etc)
