Responsibility:1.Windows Server install & configuration with Active Directory, VMware.2.Coordinate with the vendor/service provider to ensure prompt service.3.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.4.Implement network tr-affic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance.5.Maintain Zimbra mail server. 6.Maintain MikroTik router.7.IT Audit Facing & Build a new factory full setup (CT-PAT)8.Perform routine network startup, close down, and maintain control records.9.Maintain the Time Attendance and Access Control system and generate.10.Manage all IT product, inventory & documentation.11.Video Conferencing.12.Email client configuration (Windows Live Mail, MS Outlook and Mobile Client) and Providing support to all users.

Responsibilities:1.Set up & update computer systems.2.Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and other software applications.3.Provide problem-solving services to network users.4.Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and administrator local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment.5.Maintain CCTV security system.6.Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.7.Support and resolve routine hardware, software, and network issues.8.Perform updates and minor repairs on workstations and peripherals.9.Assist in maintaining network devices and troubleshooting connectivity issues.10.Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
