• Prepare maintenance activities schedule, overseeing maintenance plan execution and preparing reports.• Support various operations status, and solve operations engineering problems.• Perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment.• Recommend operating equipment, spare parts, materials and maintenance standards.• Apply HSE and 5S3R requirements and standards.• Ensure resource availability and allocation.• Coordinate and supervise the Preventive and Corrective maintenance to ensure minimum down time.• Increase machines efficiency and decrease production defects and waste by applying (TQM).• Assist with the moving, installation, commissioning, repositioning of machines and equipment.• Initiate continuous process improvements and implement cost optimization.
