 Studied both labour laws of Iraq and KRI and other applicable laws as well as documentations that are in use by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) and recommended list of shortfalls and recommendations to improve them. Prepared questionnaire for collecting information through key informants and designed methodology of the research. Designed workflow for inspectors (Labour, Safety and Health, and Social Security and Pensions Funds) showing how they undertake inspection. Prepared list of how to improve each step of the inspection processes and improving the quality to an international level. Updated the processes and prepared them for use by IT companies to prepare cellphone application that support the work of inspectors. Prepared final report about present labour laws in Iraq and KRI and recommended ways to improve the process of inspection.
