Having a professional career spanned over three decades in banking and corporate sector, I bring extensive experience in business transformation and operational excellence in the banking sector. In this endeavor I have performed notable roles in esteemed financial institutions in Pakistan Including State Bank of Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan, Allied Bank & Bank of Punjab. Armed with a profound understanding of banking operations, I leverage modern tools and strategies to re-engineer & digitalize processes, fortify internal controls and assemble top-performing teams.My expertise in process automation and optimization, regulatory compliance, forensic audits and change management along with a track record of engineering robust internal controls while fostering seamless collaboration with cross functional teams has consistently helped me to enhance operational excellence, mitigate risks, strengthen regulatory compliance and realize strategic objectives in dynamic banking landscapes.I always have remained keen to bring professional learning & experiences to the training platforms for the benefit of young fellows in the industry & academia and have continuing track of conducting professional training programs for bankers at various forums. At present I am also the visiting faculty member at the School of Management Sciences, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, University of Central Punjab Lahore as well as at National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF)
