• Conduct Walkthrough Energy Audits and deliver the report.• Conducting comprehensive energy audits and surveys in accordance with project scopes.• Preparing detailed energy audit reports,incorporating accurate calculations and annual values for audited buildings.• Analyze the data Collected in terms of Energy Performance.• Collect the technical data using equipment (Power Analyzer, BTU Meter, Different Logger etc. and managing technicians at site level.• Utilizing testing and maintenance instruments during audits of various buildings.• Developing flowcharts and diagrams to represent mechanical,and electrical systems.• Report the Current Status of the project to the project manager in daily or Weekly basis.• Coordinating with other disciplines in all aspects during the development of works to ensure that all the HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specifications and work plan.

• Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment regularly to identify potential issues.• Implementing preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance. Implementing specialized maintenance and control measures to monitor and improve technical outcomes. • Repair faulty equipment and components or schedule repairs if a specialist is needed.• Respond to equipment breakdowns, provide first line diagnostic and arrange repairs or replacements• Overseeing various areas such as pumps,motors,compressors,AHUs,FCUs,fire systems etc equipment.• Perform electrical,electronic,mechanical,hydraulic systems inspections following established procedures or other written or verbal instructions.• Collaborate with operations,maintenance and planning teams to resolve equipment issues and plan work effectively and efficiently.• Provides work direction and supervision to staff involved in maintenance and repair work of facilities and types of equipment.• Inviting and approving tenders for various work orders.• Continually monitoring equipment,services & contractors to ensure the business assests are managed correctly.Preparing & monitoring PPM suppliers.• supervising junior staff and training them on compliance and facility operations

 Conducting meetings with Consultants, Clients and Contractors for reviewing project progress, design and delivery targets/issues and preparing consolidated reports. Check Sub-contractor work in compliance with project. Preparing weekly, monthly summery sheets and close out reports to submit to Project manager for updating all the site activities. Up dating all the site activities. Specification. Reviewing inspection daily reports submitted by client upon completion of the Job.  Identify and communicate all schedule deviations and potential problems.Work closely with project control personal to monitor the schedule. Mobilize & controlling of manpower, equipment and materials at site. Ensure condition of all equipment and if require make necessary preventive maintenance. Preparation and Monitoring of project schedule & project trackers for Shop drawings, Material delivery & work progress of HVAC Projects. Coordinating with other facility providers to ensure smooth completion of project in time without any rework.
