• Participating in HAZOP and HAZID analysis workshops for new gathering systems for Phase-II• Carrying out design reviews of upgrade project designs at different design stages.• Reviewing the tender documents for procurement of the piping materials and process equipment. • Contracts management from tender review stage through to completion.• Monitoring the day-to-day progress, quality of work and completing the walkthroughs to verify the completeness of the works prior to testing and pre-commissioning.• Reviewing the testing procedures and monitoring the hydrostatic testing and scrapping.• Ensuring maximum availability of the equipment through effectively planning and executing the predictive maintenance.• Preparing the scope of work, conducting the technical bid evaluation (TBE) for the contracts for major repairs (shutdowns).• Conducting the root cause preparing the defect reports and recording & maintaining the equipment repair history.• Planning and monitoring the execution of the pipeline pigging, CP survey and DCVG surveys.• Planning and monitoring the repair of the pipelines as per B31G and results of Intelligent Pigging.• Ensuring readiness for unplanned and breakdown maintenance to minimise the plant downtime as much as reasonably practical. • Preparing the OPEX and conducting cost forecasts every month to track the costs.• Maintain the required inventory of spares for planned and unplanned maintenance wellhead facilities, pipelines, and delivery station.

Developing the construction methodologies, Activity Method Statement (AMS), Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP) and Field Inspection Checklists (FIC) for the construction activities.• Supervising the installation of process equipment, fabrication and erection of the process piping and steel structures.• Progress tracking and subcontract management through day-to-day engagement and weekly progress review meetings.• Developing the testing and pre-commissioning procedures & checklists.• Assisting senior project engineer in project cost forecasting.• Conducting the walkthroughs to inspect the completeness of the construction works.• Prioritizing the construction activities according to planned handover dates of different systems.• Assisting the commissioning teams for the wet commissioning of the piping systems.
