Assigned and kept track of the American Red Cross private and public IP addresses. • Resolved network performance issues, analyzed network traffic and provided capacity planning solutions. • Provided tier 2 and 3 supports to resolve complex technical problems including STP, OSPF, BGP, WAN circuits and IPSec tunnels.
