Project: Riyadh Metro Line 3 • Technical management of several suppliers and internal resources to design the overall Telecom and Security system. Management of project design reviews, interface with System Integrator, Signalling, Power Systems , Civil Partner (Salini-Impregilo), Vehicle Manufacturer (Bombardier Transportation) for integrated system design validation and subsystems interfaces definition.• Liaising with third parties, subcontractors and vendors, assuring a smooth implementation of projects activities in order to deliver the project on time, on budget and according to contractual requirements.• Managing requirement management for telecom subsystems using IBM DOORS.• Subsystems Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, Overall System Integration Test Coordination.• Management of DCS Interfaces with ATC subsystems such as ATS, IXL, and CBTC. • Incharge for Setting up the OCC as per approved ergonomics. All Workplaces and Videowall are part of the Integrated Workstation System (IWS). IWS gathers inside a single architecture the client-side of the operational systems placed in the OCC to provide each operator an integrated way to manage different metro subsystems, via the HMI provided by each of them.
