CurrentQUALITY ASSURANCE/CONTROL Provide Food safety training to work force and core team members and in-house training for all Food Handlers as per Food safety requirements.Making decisions and corrective actions for different types of risks or hazards.Remove all product and material that fail to meet specifications.Implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management System.Responsible for implementation & monitoring of CCP, CP, SOP, HACCP, GMPs, GLPs and GHPs & conduct internal QA audits. Responsibility to develop and implement a Corrective Action Program, in response to Audit /Internal Quality Audit.Monitoring and supervising complete process flow of products made for Multinational Food Chain supply.Assuring batch preparation parameters.Responsible for execution of Sanitations and cleaning tasks.To ensure conformance to specifications of the finished products (FPP and MacDonald’s products).Responsibility of proper storage condition for raw materials, and final products.Responsible for maintenance of lab equipment, chemicals, glassware etc.Coordinate with other department managers to solve the issues related to quality Controls.Collection of Samples for microbiological test and Sensory Evaluation.Maintained of Retention Samples for the handling of customer complains. Audit Work and Record Keeping.Swabs (Workers, Food contact and Nonfood contact).Perform chemicals tests and microbiological tests.Sensory Evaluation of (MacDonald, Big Birds) products.Personal hygiene checking of workers and its maintenance.Inspection of Packing Material and Ingredients.Inspection of Raw Meat which is used for ‘FPP Products.Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
