25 years of experience working on Aero Engines, 12 year working as a Quality Inspector in the Magellan Aerospace Mississauga. Understand the Quality procedures and the Quality Management system, fully aware of AS9100 system.Hands on experience in test cell/rigs of aero engines/ compressor rotes and turbine rotors. Inspection of Compressor Rotor Assemblies, Compressor Stator assemblies, Turbine Rotor Assemblies, Turbine Stator Assemblies, from receiving inspection to shipping including, disassembly inspection, stripping inspection and inspection of all parts as per the Technical Orders and specifications. inspection of compressor and turbine rotor assemblies step by step. Inspection of Aero Engine parts including front frame, mid frame, combustion chamber, exhaust cone and all aero engines accessories.

This job was for specifically for the parts of landing gears including CRJ Series (MLG and NLG) and Gulfstream IV & V brace actuators. The role in this job was to:-Reviewing the purchase order requirements,e.i, revision of part lists, notes list, also reviewing the certificate of compliance is attached, checking all the quality notes assemblies and its details. Also verifying Test reports, part numbers and serial numbers.Verifying the supplier has approved first article inspection report as per AS9102.Checking all special process certification summaries and all process parameters are within specification limits. Inspecting all required drawings for the part ad per engineering drawings and visually inspecting the parts for damages, foreign object debris, burrs, missing paints, unacceptable finishes, debris on painted surfaces, proper packaging of the parts, sealants and lubrication, checking for leaks and corrosions.And at the end making all the required documentation and the acceptance tags.

My major responsibilities includes, maintain the gas turbine machines to generate the power, and control and operate the main control room in power plant. As an operator the rule includes, to monitor power plant equipment and indicator to detect the problems. To open/ close the switches and valves as needed. and also control the auxiliary pumps, compressors, heaters, water, fuel and lubricants.

As an aero engine technician the main/major responsibilities were to 1-Repair and maintain the operating conditions of Aircraft Engines. 2-Replace or repair defective/damaged components using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.3-Assembling/disassembling and inspecting the engine parts, such as blades, wear, cracks and leakages.4-Reassemble the engines and installing into aircraft.5-Observing the engine while running in aircraft and diagnose malfunctions.6-Removing the engine from Aircraft for inspection or repair.7-Adjust, repairs the fuel setting and rigging.8- Quality control management aystem involvement.9- Health and Safety awareness/training and compliance and helping the new associates while guiding them the rules of safety first.10- Investigate the incident as a part of team and enforcing the required safe procedures.11- Inspecting and making sure that all work is being performed as per technical orders, and enforcing the rules/regulations to the tehnicians/assemblers as per quality procedures and requirements to compliance the quality requirements.
