I led between 2019 and 2020 a startup company in Egypt to gain 34% of the total market share. I also led the 3rd biggest pharmaceutical company in KSA between 2015 and 2019 to improve operating profit by 17%, increase sales force productivity by 62%, grow sales by 43%, and expand the market share by 0.74%. I led developing and implementing retail transformation strategy at the biggest Middle East drug store retailer between 2007 and 2011. I participated as a project manager and member with many tire-one management consulting firms in designing and implementing different strategic projects.
