Working in operation as level 2 team leader with following tasks:• Managing and delivering Advanced Services Design, Operations and Optimization Services within IP/MPLS Network.• Designing and Implementing new solutions and Managing Network Expansions.• Providing senior technical support during critical network down events and following up technical cases with Cisco TAC Team.• Did the IOS Upgrade for 60 PE’s, Aggregators 4510 and access switches (3750 – 3560 - 2960). Over View of KAUST Network:• Campus Network is NGN contains four core locations with 8 CRS-1 8-slots Cisco Routers are working as P Routers, 30 Edge locations with 60 7609-S Cisco Routers are working as PE Routers two in each site for redundancy, more than 200 Stack Switches contain 3750-E Cisco Switches and each Stack Switch is connected to two PEs.• Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) Network is implemented for Residential Areas and connected to Campus Network through Cisco 4510 aggregation Switches.Implemented Technologies:• MPLS L3VPN for separating Campus services (Data, Voice, IPTV, Fire Alarm, CCTV,…) and different QoS policies for each service. • Multicast VPN for delivering IPTV service through MPLS Backbone, HSRP and MSTP between Campus Stack Switches and PE Routers.

•Worked in Service Migration Project on STC MPLS Network as a member of the finest engineers who were elected by CISCO and STC to do this critical project.•Brief about Service Migration Project: STC decided to go ahead with Cisco’s consultation to upgrade the Aggregators Cisco 7609 “Layer2” to working as PE “Layer3” by adding an ES20 Cards to each device, then upgrade the IOS and change the Configurations.Divided in two teams, one was responsible for Layer2 Services and install ES20 cards. And the second team is responsible to integrate Layer3 Services using ISC “IP Solution Center” to re-home all customer IP Circuits from 7613 to 7609. The project was very critical because we are going to re-home up and running circuits for all customer including ISPs, banks, governments, etc.•My Task is to re-home the circuits for the major ISPs who have more than 1000 subscribers in each STC Exchange in all kingdom cities like Cyberia ISP.

I was working in STC DNOC in CISCO team to monitoring and troubleshooting all core routers and switches for STC (Aggregator, PE and CRS), besides handling Provisioning and the Trouble Tickets for VPN customer.Additionally, we Handling Trouble Tickets for the connectivity between CISCO devices and the other access layer device such as (JUNIPER, ATM, Wi_Max, Alcatel, Huawei and Siemens).Tasks & Responsibilities in this position:• Provisioning & Service Design. Engineer (Network Operation Center).• Implementing L3VPN, L2VPN using routing & switching methods and (MPLS, BGP, VLAN, Trunking ).• I worked on Cisco Box: GSR, 7613, 7609, 7606, 4510 & 3400• Have an Excellent experience with ISC Configuration, Activation, Troubleshooting, Cisco Devices, Customers VPNs, Hub & Spoke, and Policy’s.• WAN solutions for banks & corporate customers using Medias like fiber , microwave & wimax• Internet bandwidth for Servers providers ( ISPs , content & Data service providers )• Design and Provision Data communication Solutions Projects for Major Banks in the Region • (Rajahi Bank –Bilad Bank –Riyad Bank –SAMBA Bank-Inmaa Bank)• Design and Provision Data communication Solutions Projects for Major internet ISP such as Cyberia, Nesma and Awalnet.• Implanting and verify BGP operations• Configure , monitor and troubleshoot BGP • implementing BGP configuration to connect the customer network• using BGP attributes to optimize scalability of routing • Implement a QoS configuration upon the service policy• Design an IP addressing Pools to meet design requirements• Update all data related to Network configuration, setup and Implement• Coordinates with Project Managers , Sales department and Call Centre ( customer service ) to Deliver the best quality of service to the customer• Working on many migration projects on STC Network, Cisco Boxes 76XX, 45XX since September 2007.• Working on SKY-IP connectivity for ATM machine.
