• Engage visitors, employees and callers by warmly welcoming them in a way that makes assisted ina helpful and timely manner• Work across teams by proactively communicating and preparing for meetings and events in theworkplace• Anticipate and address concerns by carefully planning for certain situations to ensure operationswithout incident• Manage mail and couriers, including but not limited to preparing both domestic and internationalcourier packages, coordinating pick-up and delivery by confirming delivery/receipt with a detailedpacking signing sheet• Create weekly newsletters with updates to the workplace and EA world site by implementing knowledgeof web-based programs• Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness / reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/orsetup by following meeting room scheduling procedures, and including refreshments for special guests• Assist with Service Now Ticket management order, maintain and organize all kitchen and office suppliesby keeping an updated record of inventory, and making detailed requests for workplace maintenance• Operate the onsite EA Experience store by taking inventory, processing game orders, and maintainingthe look and feel of the store.• Perform clerical or administrative duties as needed by assisting with filing and database systems,attendance records and other related office support duties• Respond to basic client and general inquiries by escalating complex queries to the appropriate partiessuch as food, beverages, and possible comfort arrangements

• Instruct a new group of Quality Verification prospects on the terminology, procedures, and standardsthat are created by Electronic Arts through PowerPoint presentations, learning activities, and groupreviews• Ensure that each week the trainees have the necessary materials they need to take notes andparticipate in learning activities by counting what was left over from the previous week, and replacingthem if necessary• Report any possible issues with certain trainees to management by sending out weekly reports basedon their final scores and through email or communicating through the communication application/website"Slack"• Prevent any information on classified products to be released to the public in any way possible byfollowing security protocols that were instructed

• Verify patient information matches the test requisition by checking database/visually verifyingspecimen order in order to produce accurate test results• File and sorting of completed requisitions by placing them in folders based on the date they wereaccessioned• Sanitize work area to prevent contamination and spread of germs using the proper disinfectingmaterials• Learn and follow HIPA guidelines through instructional videos and documentation

• Load delivery trucks with the correct packages in a timely manner by reading the labels on eachpackage and loading them on to the correct truck• Keep a safe, clean and well maintained work environment by keeping the walkway clear of anypackages or other items• Assist other loaders/unloaders with their tasks by helping them load their trucks in the event that thereare items that still need to be loaded onto the truck

• Quality Verification testing of a certain product to confirm if they are functioning as intended basedon Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Art's standards by performing certain tasks and performinga variety of different testing strategies• Communicate with a small or large team during testing by documenting what was tested, what wasobserved, and properly report any and all results.• Prevent any information on classified products to be released to the public by following security protocolthat was instructed
